Art as a healing practice.

Hi, I'm Pamela, a certified therapeutic art coach, IFS practitioner and creator of Watercolor Healing.I help people reconnect with themselves through nervous-system–friendly creativity, supportive coaching, and expressive art. After navigating my own long and complex healing journey through chronic illness and more than twenty diagnoses, I learned something essential: true transformation does not come from pushing harder or fixing oneself. It comes from softening, slowing down, expressing what lives inside, and learning to listen with compassion.Through one-on-one coaching and on-demand classes, I guide others in calming their nervous systems, reconnecting with their inner rhythm, and cultivating a relationship with themselves that feels safe, steady, and alive. My work weaves together art, presence, and gentle self-inquiry, creating space for healing that honors the body, the nervous system, and the wisdom already within.Beauty is not the goal, but it often emerges along the way.

In this course, you will learn how to use art as a gentle tool for healing and self-discovery. Each lesson will guide you through simple creative practices designed to help calm your nervous system, connect with your inner world, and express emotions that words alone cannot reach. You will learn:
🌱Ways to use art to connect with different parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity🌱Simple watercolor and mixed-media techniques that anyone can enjoy, no art experience needed🌱Creative rituals to ground, restore, and reconnect to your true self**No art skills needed for this course
My one-on-one coaching offers a steady, compassionate space for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from trying to heal by pushing harder.I am a trained pastoral counselor using trauma-informed modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and certified therapeutic art practices. My approach is deeply shaped by my own lived experience of healing from more than twenty complex diagnoses, including POTS, ME/CFS, MCAS, SIBO, and panic disorder. Because of this, I work with great care for pacing, nervous system safety, and the reality of living in a sensitive body.In our sessions, we focus on listening rather than forcing, softening rather than fixing. Through gentle inquiry, parts work, and creative expression, I support you in calming your nervous system, understanding your inner world with compassion, and reconnecting with your own rhythm and wisdom. This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about creating the conditions for the you beneath the burdens to feel safe enough to emerge.
